My dad has been encouraging me to use this neti-pot every time I complain of feeling congested (which is constantly). I finally took his advice and went for it after pancakes Sunday morning. You fill the teapot with a solution of warm water and prepackaged salts (?). One nostril at a time you pour in the water to one side and it flows out through the other nostril! Crazy feeling; better yet, crazy that it worked! I’m still sick but for a few hours, I could breathe.
